continued from page 10 Referring back to page 9, I wrote that "I am no longer holding anything back". However, I have been advised not to show the actual information, but only to provide the links. This means that you will have to pay for this information, as I did. If you are just curious, then I guess it depends on just how curious you might be. Investigate Ken Bankoff and UltraGuard Before You InvestHowever, if you are contemplating a purchase which, by the way, will end up costing between $4,000. and $5,000. you really should pay for the report. The price we paid was $49.95 at: http://www.intelius.com/background-verification.html, and it can be downloaded right away. It will only be available online for 45 days after purchase, so I would recommend that you print the report. If you are fortunate enough to have a close friend or family member that's an attorney, then an even more detailed report is available for immediate download at: Lexus-Nexus. I recommend this source above all others, it's the one used by our court system across the country. You will need to fill-in a limited amount of information, no matter which you choose:
Let me mention that some of the report is not relevant including: names of relatives and their addresses. This type information would be of value to anyone searching for an individual, but it is useless in this instance and should be ignored at this time. Under no condition should this information be used to contact or harass these folks. Also, there is no reason to waste money purchasing any other reports that are available, we have already spent the money and no additional information of value was obtained. I recently read on some page at poolrestoration.com that the only thing reported was a judgment against Mr. Bankoff, based on an automobile accident caused by his underage daughter Robin, back in 1992. I do not recall any mention of a judgment from 1992, but why not blame it all on your own daughter, she won't fight back. However, I do recall 19 other judgments filed against Mr. Bankoff that are well worth reading. Then, there are the lawsuits that were filed against him that are not shown in one of the reports, probably because the Sheriff couldn't find him to serve the legal documents. Lexis-Nexis also has information that any attorney contemplating representation of Mr. Bankoff should read, before expending their time and resources, i.e. "Motion To Withdraw" that the court granted two different lawyers, in two different cases. So much for him, tomorrow will end with UltraGuard and what it really is, and more importantly, what it is not!
