Please see
page 6A supplemental
For
those who haven't paid attention to Mr. Bankoff's primary web site
recently, or the other 4 sites that I am aware of, which only lead the visitor
back to
the primary web site, should copy and paste the following into your browser:
poolrestoration.com/sickman.html, (www.) no longer necessary. I would recommend
you print this one.
A very
short response by number:
-
Probably
true
-
Who
cares what you drive, but probably true.
-
My
volume is under $1,000,000. and I am positive your earnings are many times
what mine are
-
Wrong. I
have paid IRS what I owe, on time, since I started UGlassIt 11 years ago, but,
according to your Accountant and two separate investigative reporting
organizations, you have not and do not pay the IRS.
-
Wrong.
I too can afford to live wherever I prefer, but due to a health problem
with one of our children, my wife and I have chosen to remain in the Philadelphia
metropolitan area.
-
At
best, you do not live in a "high priced" condo. Notwithstanding the Google
map on Insider Info Page 8, additional research on Google did disclose a "low priced"
condo that actually shows your web site name: poolrestoration.com and 2
other business in different apartments.
This Google Earth map showed the value of this "condo" to be $117,000. for
one bedroom and $129,000. for two bedrooms. The location, only blocks from
Philadelphia, is in a depressed area. Condominium prices in Philadelphia
and the decent areas in the suburbs start at over $300,000.
Miscellaneous
- I did not state:
-
Mr.
Bankoff lived on a back street.
-
this
was the actual apartment where this farce is operated from, only the building.
The Amazing Part of this Ken Bankoff Diatribe!
For
the past six years, poolrestoration.com and the other four sites (under misleading
names) that direct visitors to poolrestoration.com have stated, unequivocally,
that Mr. Bankoff was the "Manufacturer" of UltraGuard.
Now,
suddenly, he admits that he manufactures nothing. Here is the quote from the
aforementioned web site (poolrestoration.com/sickman.html):
|
"You know very well I am a manufacturer
rep. And I sell contractors nationally the UltraGuard product. There is
a letter on my website from Oceanearing R&D confirming this fact."
|
Just
imagine if you were one of his 3,000 customers, who had invested an average
of over $4,000.00 each, thinking they were buying from a legitimate manufacturer,
only to learn that all the so-called "guarantees" they relied upon when purchasing
were from a "manufacturer's rep.". A manufacturer's rep. that already filed
bankruptcy once before, in the pool industry at the time, and will either
file again soon or just disappear (he thinks).
In
case anyone fails to remember, here is one more quote from http://www.poolrestoration.com/lowfailurerate3.htm
To date we have shipped
over 3,000 satisfied customers.
NO MANUFACTURER OF PAINTS OR ANY
OTHER POOL COATINGS CAN CLAIM THIS TYPE OF SUCCESS.
NO MANUFACTURER OF PAINTS
OR ANY OTHER POOL COATING CAN PROVIDE ANY SUBSTANITIVE NEGATIVE REMARKS
ABOUT THE QUALITY OF ULTRAGUARD.
underlines in 1st paragraph added for emphasis
|
Does everyone still remember
this farce on the home page?
|
The
UltraGuard Challenge!
We challenge any pool coatings manufacturer
to jointly do comparative testing at an accepted independent lab. The loser pays for testing costs
and the winner may use the test results in their advertising.

Ken Bankoff and
the Real Manufacturer(s)
Within the next few days
I will, hopefully, finish this with some eye-opening information about
Mr. Bankoff, and the real story about how he got "so rich-so fast".
Although I have no problems with the ethics of the real manufacturer(s), his
challenge will be answered, in the written words of said manufacturer(s).
Stay
tuned...
