All Fibre-Shelkote pool products are fully warranted by UGlassIt Pool Resurfacing, Inc. against failure for 10 years when applied by our Authorized Application Specialists on residential pools. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, acts of God, or acts of abuse (animal or human).

The factory finish coat on all fiberglass products from boats to surf boards is some variation of gel coat. The pool manufacturing industry must use swimming pool gel coat (due to chemicals, body fluids, tanning lotions, UVA, etc.), which must be replaced every 12-20 years in residential pools, and every 8-10 years in commercial pools.
