1. WHO MAY ENTER: This Sweepstakes is open to those who are 18 years of age or older with internet access at the time of entry. In addition, entrants must be the owner of a residential swimming pool
of the following
types:
Fiberglass
Pools, Concrete
Bottom Pools
with Fiberglass
Walls, or
Concrete or
Gunite Pools
Previously Lined
with Fiberglass. Sweepstakes only open to residents of the continental US. Eligible states of residency are specified on the sweepstakes information page. Anyone living in a country, province, or state where the sweepstakes is prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted under national, federal, provincial, state and local laws, rules or regulations is ineligible. Participants who are residents of a country, state, or province that prohibits unregistered contests or requires the Sponsor to post a bond are ineligible. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any participant who enters when it is illegal for them to do so. By entering this sweepstakes, participant agrees to waive any additional rights granted in regard to sweepstakes or contests by the country, state, or province in which they are domiciled. Employees of Fibre Shelkote Swimming Pool Products, LLC (hereinafter "Fibre-Shelkote" or "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, or employees, and any of their immediate family members and/or persons living in their same household are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins on January 01 2012, and ends at midnight (Eastern Standard Time) on May 31, 2012 (hereinafter "Entry Period"), with the winner being selected at random in a drawing taking place on June 1, 2012. To enter online during the Entry Period, go to www.uglassit.com/2012diysweepstakes.htm, and scroll down to the bottom of the page. There you will find an online entry form. Follow the directions to complete the online entry form and click "submit." Entrants must complete all data requested on the online entry form. Once submitted, the entrant must click the confirmation link in the email they receive to complete their entry. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, "receipt" of an internet entry is when the Sponsor's servers record the entry information. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
3. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, ineligible entries, or for any computer online, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet, hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, service provider, Internet, website, or other accessibility or availability issues, traffic congestion, that may occur.
4. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER POOL OWNER DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD.
5. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of
winning a prize are determined by the total number
of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
6. RANDOM DRAWING: All drawings will be random. A winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. All prize drawings will be conducted at the Sponsor's offices, located at 332 Bustleton Pike, Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania 19053. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified via e-mail, U.S. mail, or telephone.
7. PRIVACY: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Fibre-Shelkote's privacy policy at www.uglassit.com/privacy_policy.htm. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Fibre-Shelkote's privacy policy.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By
participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to
release, hold harmless, and agree to not institute
any claim (including a class action claim)against
the Sponsor, and all co-sponsors of the Sweepstakes
and each of their respective parent companies,
affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective
officers, directors, employees, agents, and
representatives (collectively "Released Parties")
from any and all liability whatsoever for any
injuries, losses or damages of any kind from or in
connection with, either directly or indirectly; (i)
the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use
and/or misuse, of any prize awarded herein; and/or
(ii) participation in the Sweepstakes. Release
Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware,
software, telephone, or other communication
malfunctions, including any injury or damage to your
or any other person's computer relating to or
resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or
downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
